Two Warehouses. Every Unit Counted.
We operate warehouses in New Jersey and South Carolina for our own Walmart store and the stores we run for others. Inventory is received, stored, picked, packed and tracked every day.
Receiving
Inbound stock is counted against what was ordered, checked for damage, and put away in a known location — so what the marketplaces show is what's actually on the shelf.
Storage
Organized shelving and racking in both locations, so any item can be found and picked quickly — even on the busiest days.
Pick & Pack
Orders are picked, packed in the right box or mailer with the right protection, labeled and staged for carrier pickup.
Inventory Tracking
Stock levels are tracked daily in our in-house system and kept in sync with each marketplace, so products don't oversell or quietly go out of stock.
Seller-Fulfilled, WFS Or FBA?
Seller-fulfilled means we store and ship from our warehouses — more control, often better for bulky or slow items. Walmart Fulfillment Services and Amazon FBA mean sending stock to the marketplace's warehouses — fast-shipping badges and less handling, but extra fees and storage costs. We run both and choose per product, based on size, speed and cost.
